 VP Forensic are a specialist nursing recruitment agency supplying staff to secure units, hospitals and clients in their own homes. Our client groups include forensic mental health, brain injury and learning disabilities for both males and females We are currently seeking Support Workers to work in a low and medium secure unit within Mansfield, working with clients who have learning disabilities complex needs and Autism. Duties will include all aspects of patient care within a secure unit, experience within mental health, learning disabilities, or Autism is essential. Applicants should be very much a people person, with good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be reliable and a good timekeeper Management of violence and aggression training is essential and can be provided through VP at a cost to the applicant. A full induction will be given, covering all mandatory training including health and safety, safeguarding adults etc. Successful applicants will be required to provide an enhanced disclosure, at a cost to the applicant.
